Relaunched LALIGA's official app from scratch. Shifted it from a passive match-lookup tool to a personalization-first fan product, with registration as the unlock moment and an AI content pipeline generating highlights at scale. Led the rebrand of LALIGA's full digital ecosystem, App, Web and Fantasy, into one coherent identity.

Architected LALIGA Fantasy's monetization system from an ad-only model, adding contextual PLG paywalls, subscription and IAP premium features, validated through A/B testing. Result: ARPU doubled year-over-year, with contextual flows driving 22% of premium revenue.

AdOS
LALIGA Digital Ecosystem inventory, proposals and sponsor requests lived across several macro-heavy Excels and external forms, with no single source of truth. I solo-built AdOS to replace it, saving 10 to 15 hours of reporting per month and streamlining order and approval flows across Inventory, Proposals and Sponsors.
